Once accepted, ensembles who wish to attend must send in a cancellation fee. The fee of $150 per individual participant in the ensemble, will be refunded in full after the residency is complete or deposited as a donation if there is a cancellation. The preferred method of payment is by check, which will not be deposited unless there is a cancellation.
